Designing my Christmas & Eid Cards..............

Evening All,
Can't believe that I have actually started to design my 2009 Christmas Cards!
I know last year I got into so much trouble because with designing classes and demo evenings I didn't even make my own, well that's not going to happen this year!
This morning I took delivery of some beautiful new Design Block rubber stamps by Hero Arts, Stunning Snow Flakes and Holly Flourish! These are to go with the Hero Arts three tree set I purchased last month. My theme this years will be "shabby sheek" in pale Blue, Brown and white.

Oh I have loved playing for a change, I have had a really nice day, popped up to see Nana Granddad, nipped to M & S to get the shopping came home made tea for me and Ewy then sat in my nearly tidy craft room made some backgrounds with the stunning snowflake, white staz-on and acetate. Yum, Yum!
Will take photo's tomorrow as my little camera doesn't like the dark, too scary for it I think!
Anyway, have a nice evening all,
Take Care

PS I may be able to squeeze a couple of brownies out of Ewan for the Blog Candy too! (Don't know how they will travel through??

Change of plan! and Blog Candy!!!

Evening folks
Just a small change of plan, tomorrows demonstration at the DB Design Studio will now be Brenda no moi, do pop along if you have some spare time, I'm sure she will make you a brew and show you some of the new products for Christmas.
Now then what am I gonna do..............
1. visit by beloved Nana and Granddad
2. Check out the Debenhams sale
3. maybe have a nice girlie night in the Aunt Aitch & cousin Rach (Aunt Helen) - with some card making!
Now then that sounds fab wouldn't you agree???
ALSO just wanted to let you know that in the next few weeks I will be giving away some Blog Candy!! Woo hoo... this will be some W R Memory Keepers and DCWV papers and Penny Black stamps, with a couple of ATC's from me, the Lovely Lindsay Mason and Heather Fern-Edwards (Lindsay's sister)!
To get your hands on the said Blog Candy, all you have to do is leave comments on my blog to some of the postings and tutorials over the next few weeks. Ewan (the brownie maker) will pick a comment out of a hat.
Until next time take care,

Mum, Dad and Gibby the Hibby

Hello Everyone,

We have just had the most wonderful few days, Ewan's Mum and Dad came to visit us, it's not often they do venture to our house so when they do it's extra special!

The McCrossan's are all fans of the football team Hibernian, of Edinburgh, as the pre-season friendlies are in full swing we took advantage, Hibs v Blackburn and Hibs v Bolton.
On Saturday we were also joined by Ewan's Uncle Mike and Cousin “wee Kieran” – who’s not so wee anymore!

Saturday afternoon while the boys went to the football Me and Ewan’s mum went to Paula’s scrap booking class at the Dawn Bibby Design Studio, how cool? Really enjoyed it, it was so nice to be on a class for a change other than teaching (which I do love but…) Paula is so talented and her work is amazing, if you get the chance to go on one of Paula’s classes you must!!!

Anyway you may wish to know who Hibby are....... well here are some photos to enlighten you......

The boy's before the match.........
