Ink up your "hugs & Kisses" stamp with Coffee Bean and stamp on to your nicely cut and embossed label

Using Walnut Stain and a Ink Blending tool distress the edges of the 3 pieces of patterned paper and your newly stamped image. Also distress the edge of your base card


Mount your 3 pieces of scrap paper with 3d foam pads

And arrange on your card as desired
Then attach ribbon around your base and tie a small knot towards the left hand side of the card

Finally attach your stamped image with 3d foam pads

great a card made with scraps......

Well that looks so easy even I could manage it LOL.
My box of scraps is full to overflowing and this idea would be perfect to use some of them up without straining the old grey cells too much.
